Fork-tailed (Common) Drongo

Dicruridae: Dicrurus adsimilis

The Fork-tailed Drongo is about 17cm in length, and feeds on seeds and insects in short grass. The bird was seen near Nairobi, in Nakuru and in Maasai Mara.

This bird may be immature, as the eyes are red in the adult.
