Helmeted Guineafowl
Numididae: Numida Meleagris
The Helmeted Guineafowl is about 55cm in length. It eats anything of the right size, plant or animal that it comes across. it is common, and is seen in groups of around 25. It tends to run when threatened, but is also a powerful flier.
