This carved bowl which can be used for peanuts, or for paper clips and so on, was bought in the Maasai village. It's roughly carved and painted, but we like it a lot.

This picture is made from banana leaf, and looks much better in real life than in this photograph. It has been framed and we have hung it. We think the huts are of the design used by the Luhya (perhaps), which we saw from the van on the way to Nakuru.
